If an error occurs in one of our astrological studies, we will send you another one for free. If you note any error about the Universal Time correction (data are visible in the title of your birth chart), please contact us. You can confirm us the Universal Time of your birth and we'll send you the new corrected reports for free. (99,99% of automatic UT calculations are reliable but some particular dates for small US cities may use exceptional rules). If you make any mistake filling out your data (date, time or place), you will be charged $2 for changing your birth data (for one or many reports). To order a re-edition, tell us what we need to change by using the order customer service link . You can get a re-edition up to 3 years after your order. Reception of electronic documents via email: when you order astrological reports, they are automatically emailed to you as an HTML document. If for some reason you don't receive our emails, make sure you first check on the settings of your mailbox (anti-spam, etc.). Indeed if you never received your reports in time, you first need to make sure that emails coming from astro-quick.com did not end up in your spam box. You have 45 days to contact us and you will receive your astrological report via email for free. You can access your HTML studies in your customer area 24/7. Re-edition and refund of astrological reports: you ordered a personalized report but you realize there is a mistake in it or you want to make a change ? Well, you can re-order your report 24/7 (identical product with a different date, time or place) and ask for a refund, deduction of re-edition fees and you will get an automatic refund on your credit card. NB: You can ask for a refund via the customer area mailbox. Data protection act: Your data are strictly confidential and secure. There is only a single money transfer on the bank server: your credit card data are not saved. Upon your order you will receive information from us via email.
